HELSINKI / BAKU — Serious allegations have emerged from people who claim they lost thousands of euros in an immigration scheme involving promises of Finnish jobs, work permits and investor-related migration opportunities.
According to accounts provided by alleged victims, a Pakistani man identified as Muhammad Arif is accused by complainants of playing a leading role in the operation. The complainants further allege that members of his family participated in activities connected with the scheme.
Fake Work Permit and Job Allegations
Victims claim they were approached with offers of employment and opportunities to relocate to Finland. According to their allegations, applicants were asked to pay thousands of euros in exchange for assistance with jobs, work permits and immigration documentation.
Some complainants allege that documents supplied to them as part of these arrangements were false or misleading.
Other families were allegedly approached with promises concerning investor-related migration opportunities and were encouraged to make substantial payments.
‘Nabeel GmbH Europe’ Named by Complainants
A company described by complainants as “Nabeel GmbH Europe” has also been named in the allegations.
Victims claim the business was presented to them as a legitimate European company connected with employment or immigration arrangements. They allege that they were unable to verify the physical office represented to them and have questioned the authenticity of company-related documents they received.
At this stage, the legal registration, ownership, physical office and operational status of Nabeel GmbH Europe have not been independently verified. The company should therefore not be described as “fake” as an established fact without official registration evidence.
Alleged Operation From Baku
Some complainants further claim that people connected with the alleged network are currently conducting activities from Baku, Azerbaijan, while continuing to target individuals and families interested in relocating to Finland.
The alleged location and current activities of the people involved have not yet been independently verified.
Victims Asked to Preserve Evidence
People who believe they have been affected should preserve bank-transfer receipts, invoices, contracts, WhatsApp conversations, emails, employment documents, work-permit documents and any company records provided to them.
Such material can be important when making complaints to the relevant police, immigration, financial or other competent authorities.
Allegations Require Independent Investigation
The accusations involving Muhammad Arif, his relatives and Nabeel GmbH Europe remain allegations based on complainants’ accounts unless and until supported by official records or findings from competent authorities.
The allegations have not been independently established as criminal responsibility. Muhammad Arif, his relatives and representatives of the company named in the allegations should be given an opportunity to respond.
This report may be updated if official records, documentary evidence, responses from the accused parties or findings from authorities become available.
