
Priyanka Chopra Jonas has reportedly sold multiple high-end apartments in Andheri West-Lokhandwala Complex, earning over Rs 16 crore from the transactions. According to IndexTap, the properties, each exceeding 1,000 sq. ft., were acquired by the Sachdeva family.
The sale reflects her expanding presence in Hollywood and a shift in her real estate portfolio in India. Among the properties sold, an apartment measuring 1,075 sq. ft. was sold for approximately Rs 3.5 crore, with another flat fetching a similar amount. A plush residence with an attached 900 sq. ft. space changed hands for Rs 2.45 crore, while the highlight of the sales was a luxurious duplex, commanding Rs 6.35 crore.
The total stamp duty paid for these transactions amounted to Rs 83 lakh. Priyanka, who now resides primarily in Los Angeles with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie, has gradually reduced her real estate holdings in India. Though she continues to maintain a strong connection with Mumbai, her professional commitments in Hollywood have grown, with significant projects and business ventures shaping her career abroad.
In 2023, she also sold two Andheri properties to filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey for a combined Rs 6 crore. Additionally, she had been leasing out her Lokhandwala apartment since 2021 before it was purchased by the same occupants in April 2023 for nearly Rs 7 crore.
Beyond her Mumbai properties, Priyanka has an impressive portfolio of global real estate investments, including lavish residences in Los Angeles and New York. While focusing on her international career, she frequently visits India for films and business engagements.
With these recent sales, speculation arises about whether she will reinvest in Indian real estate or further consolidate her holdings abroad. For now, her Mumbai presence appears to be evolving as she hints at a potential Bollywood film while working on major upcoming projects like ‘Citadel Season 2,’ ‘The Bluff,’ and ‘Head of State,’ reinforcing her growing influence in global cinema.
