On his X account (formerly Twitter), Afridi shared, “Alhamdulillah, Allah has blessed Aqsa and Naseer with a beautiful daughter, Ayra. Daughters are a precious reflection of His mercy and a priceless blessing. Please remember us in your prayers.”
The family has named the baby Ayra.
Aqsa and Naseer Nasir got married on December 30 last year in a private nikah ceremony held in Karachi.
The ceremony was attended by close family and friends, including star fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi, who is married to one of Afridi’s other daughters.
