TV host and actress Shaista Lodhi recently shared a tip for shedding weight quickly, without the need for exercise or strict dieting. During her appearance on ARY’s morning show Good Morning Pakistan, she explained that the concepts of low-sodium or low-fat diets are often misunderstood. When asked by host Nida Yasir about effective weight loss methods, Shaista advised avoiding white salt entirely and suggested switching to pink salt instead.
She claimed that eliminating white salt for just three days could lead to a weight loss of more than one kilogram. Additionally, she emphasized the importance of monitoring both the quantity and quality of salt in our diets. According to her, excessive salt consumption is a significant factor contributing to weight gain and related health issues.
